- Standard Stock Items: Consumables, glassware, and safety equipment are typically fulfilled and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days.
- Chemical Blends & Special Orders: Reagents or specialized quantities requiring lab compounding may take additional processing time. We will communicate expected lead times immediately.
2. Shipping Locations & Couriers
- We deliver via trusted third-party courier services directly to laboratories and facilities across South Africa.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes due to signature requirements and hazardous material regulations for specific chemical items.
3. Hazardous Material Shipping
- Certain laboratory chemicals require specialised compliance, handling, and hazardous cargo logistics.
- Additional surcharges or specialized courier constraints may apply depending on your location and the class of chemicals ordered.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your WooCommerce order has been packed and handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an automatic email containing a tracking number and portal link to monitor delivery.
